Challenge Cards

Morning everyone
Having a FAB time here with Scoopy, blowing a hooly but great fun :)
OK down to business, we have been busily making cards this week and I have 3 cards to enter for challenges..yes THREE..miracle for me Can you tell Ive been nagged ha ha
First card is using papers from MME the pad is called Penny Lane. I have made the card, really simply using the Easel shape, I carried n the tree on the sheet of paper, for a bit of a different look...well I think so ha ha
Challenges Susies Challenge - SPRING GARDEN and Charisma SPRING

For this next card I have used new SU products from the fantastic new Mini Catalogue, products available to order from April 1st...tomorrow YAAAY
This set is one of my favs and is called Vintage Vogue. The colours are mainly Pixie Pink, card and ink pad then accents of Chocolate Chip and Old Olive ribbon. The white panel is Cuttlebug embossing folder called Script as I thought it went really well with the look of this stamp set

For the last card I have followed a sketch. The set Ive used is also another from the new Mini called Bird on Branch. The papers are Basic Grey Indian Summer teamed with SU inks of Chocolate Chip and Ruby Red, I think they have teamed with the colour combo really well. The little metal flower brad is also SU and is IMO one of the best quality brad set around

OK that's my lot for today, back to crafting and no doubt but more nagging from me buddy not to mention Joey giving her orders on the phone to Scoopy :)

Will be AWOL......

as Im off on a little holiday with me buddy Scoopy! We are off to live it up [hehe] in her Daisy II and I cant wait. Leaving the island on the 7.45am ferry on Sunday, so 2 more sleeps whoop whoop

It's really a kinda bus mans holiday cos we are intending to craft our little sock off! Im all packed, my huge holdall is full ot the brim with 80% craft stuff and 20% clothes lol I said to Scoopy I can feel slob-fest lurking next week!!

So hopefully will blog some cards

Totally Papercrafts challenge

Over on Totally Papercrafts this week there is a FAB sketch by the very creative Joanne and I have the pleasure of not only sponsoring it this week, but being guest designer too..How important do I feel today LOL.....Thank you girlies for letting me take part. but, a

I made a card to the sketch, NOT to enter of course, just for fun.

I have used goodies from the new Stampin Up Mini catalogue, available to purchase from April 1st.

The stamp set is Bird on a Branch, its is such a super set, you get the bird, a branch, the blossom, another dotty leafy type stamp and Think of you sentiment. The papers are so scrummy, they are called Sweet Pea and come in a 12x12 pad of 48 sheets, all of which are double sided. Super quality as always. I chose the design with the blossom type flowers as I think it matches the blossom on the stamp. hope you like it too.

Totally papercrafts

Hi everyone, what a gorgeous day again. We have seen so much sun this week! OK not saying its not chilly. but, it certainly makes everyone happier when the sun is out eh!

OK Im entering this card for the Totally Papercrafts challenge. There are 3 new girlies joining ther FAB DT team this week, Joey [our new Mummy x 3] being one of them! Good Luck all

This week it is Mother/Special lady. This is a no skill card, using the new Papermania papers entitled Rose Garden. Have to say they are lovely papers...well I think so anyways! I have to thank my buddy Karen over on Lolodesigns, as she was the first one that spotted them with erh eagle eyes..thanks hun! And another thanks to me buddy Scoopy, cos she very kindly got me the pad locally as I couldn't get it here! :(
