Basically before christmas I took stock of myself, in both look and inner health.
I decided enough was enough and basically cut out treats. Then Christmas came and went, then I set to proper controlled dieting! To kick start [or that was the plan] I did the Slimfast for abouta month. Whilst it didn't do a lot for me it did get my head round the not picking..
Picking is my BIGGEST downfall. Crisps, cakes, biscuits, sweets!! So for me it was pretty easy, have to say. Once I started to not pick, the weight started to cpme off. I tended to take it half a stone at a time, rather than the HUGE amount.
So here we are 6 months down the line and 3stone 2lbs [dont forget the 2lbs lol] NEVER did I think I would get here and I have to say if I can do it ANY ONE can cos Im such a big fat pig at times!!
Hopefully those days are gone for good!!
Thats it really, no fad eating, no diet sheet. Think we all know what we can and cannot eat. I have eaten plenty of salads, veg, fruit and always had a weekly cheat!
Hope that helps you if you want to loose weight! I still would like to lose 2 stone, but realistically it may only end up 1 or 1 1/2
