My lovely, talented friend Chrissie and I have decided to start our own challenge blog

We have created the blog but still have some tweaking to do, but, the foundations are there!

We are both extremely passionate about clean & simple card design so we thought we would 

join forces and run our own! BIG GRIN

We spent the day together putting the blog together oh we had such fun..

Challenge card and an award

Over on Do you stack up their challenge this week is

Patterned Papers

I joined in with this challenge for the first time last week and love their 

picture theme this week and instantly knew what papers to use!

Isn't it funny how that happens. Other times I sit n faff for hours lol

This is the kind of card I love making

I think I've said it before I consider myself a paper crafter

 rather than a stamper or anything special

OK so onto this lovely award given to me my my lovely buddy and partner in crime

I am meant to tell you things about me but I dont have anything to tell really

Could share that Im a little OCD with tins facing the front in the fridge/cupboard

Me mugs, I have 4 colours of the same design and they HAVE to be in the right order....

don't they Scoopy!!!!!!!!! ROFL

and I will NOT have the TV set on an odd number volume

there are a lot of other odd number things but you get they gist!

Oh and those green scourers they are big to hold so I cut in half

But there has been the occasion where Mum gets to them and....tears them!!!! 

Shudder CRINGE twitch!!

Over on Pink Petticoat today Liz has released a fab new kit 

Perfect Papers

I bought them as soon as I saw them and almost instantly printed 4 sheets out

They are gorgeous!

Every single one of them go together and there are 24 of them so there are endless combinations, all will look as fabulous as each other

It fits the challenge this week over on Do you Stack Up

Hi everyone

I've suddenly hit the new year with a wallop and have lots of cards to make,

 a batch of wedding invites and also frantically trying to prep prep for my new website...

My 2 bit of news are that I have a smashing blogging buddy 

coming to see me on Thursday BIG GRIN

and the reason for this meet up

 is for a very exciting little project we have in mind so a the saying goes...

Totally Challenge Card

Hello everyone on his wet morning here in Shanklin

Well today is my first DT card for the 

Totally Papercrafts Challenge Blog

I was so chuffed to be asked to join them and have been itching to get started!

Unfortunately my mojo got thrown out with all the Christmas rubbish lol

Still things can only get better as they say!!!

I used Stampin up Simply Said set for the flowers, the sentiment is just from the computer

Happy New Year

Everyone...finally you all say!!!

I have totally and utterly lost the plot ha ha

Iv not blogged, not visited and worst of all NOT CRAFTED since before Christmas

My DT positions have crept up on me, Im thinking I got til next week DUH

Shame on me!

You know how it is you get so frantic to finish everything before hand, you chill and my head is still in the chilling place. and do you think I can put anything to ether..the answer would be a

BIG FAT NO NO

I have a niggling worry that is absorbing the little bit of brain power I have

~hopefully tomorrow will put that worry out the way!!

[not in my nature to whinge...sorry]

I had a wonderful Christmas, totally spoilt as usual

a super white gold necklace form Mum and a HUGE surprise from Steve 

[apart from the shoes he entusted me to buy with his bank card before hand hehe]

Drum roll.....

A Take That ticket SCCCRRRREEEEAAAMMMM!!!

Well I did and snivelled was so excited and surtprised!

Onto the other reason for my posting

I have been given a lovely award from my MUCH talented buddy Chrissie

Thanks muchly hun

I have to tell you three things that set me apart from everyone else....yikes thats a hard one!

I guess I am going to say

Im 5'8 tall so always always taller than everyone [specially in my heels]

I used to own a bright orange Lotus Elise car

I was invited to have lunch on the new Queen Elizabeth
[maiden voyage today]

So that's it from me 

i promise to blog some cards Friday which will mean I have actually managed a bit of production from this waste of room space lol
